PRE- CONCEPTION YOGA
C
an be an important tool for preparing one’s body and mind for bringing a baby into this world. It helps to reduce stress, open the hips and connect to the 1st & 2nd chakras. Breathwork and focused meditation can be helpful in releasing fears/anxieties/blocks around becoming pregnant.

PRENATAL YOGA
Is a wonderful way for mama and baby to deepen their connection to one another while also preparing mama’s body for labor and birth. Sessions include strengthening yoga poses as well as guided meditations & breathwork for overcoming pregnancy obstacles, labor/birth fears and deep relaxation.

POSTPARTUM YOGA
Helps mama’s body and mind heal post birth. By slowly strengthening the abs, pelvis, hips and legs, mama can ease back into her body in time efficient ways. Sessions include meditation and deep relaxation and can be with or without baby.

Classes are offered in 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 /  3 hours sessions
